subsequent early layers issue
Not sure how to troubleshoot this. The first layer has good adhesion (PETG).
Areas of the subsequent layers have raised ridges in random places. (See photo)
It smooths out by the 9th or 10th layer and prints fine. Is this something to ignore or do I need to adjust something?

Wash bed with dish soap 3x times, after this petg will stick very good.
If still not good, do z-layer adjust a little bit higher.
And clean nozzle on the outside if it is dirty, otherwise filament can stick to nozzle.
