Setting up new-to-me i3 MK3 via Config Wizard

Novice 3D printer user setting up my very first Prusa (i3 MK3).   Going through the internal Configuration Wizard before printing anything.   Watching that YouTube video entitled "Original Prusa i3 MK3 guide for a new user", and I removed the steel sheet.   Ready to insert a sheet of paper to start the calibration, and I noticed some parts might be absent.   Not sure if critical, so I took pictures around the nozzle/printhead.    Can I go forward with the calibration at this point?
