Prusa logo print completed but crashed?
So i have done a few prints now with my mk3s+ all pre-installed gcodes on SD provided. Decided to do the prusa logo tonight and it finished but i found the extruder to be moving erratically with this failure. Shows power failure and the crash?
Did you have a power cut or brownout? Are there large power hungry devices on your circuit or any that might produce spikes?
If not I would check for loose connections or bad plugs/cables.

Hmm i have it plugged into a power strip and only other power supplied to Ender 6 printer which was turned off. Did not see a brownout as far as i noticed. Not seeing any loose connections either as far as power. Can i run any diagnostics on the unit through an external application on on the device itself?
The report suggests a mains power problem. If it is on the printer it's most likely a loose plug - pull and replug all, also check your power strip, wall sockets and power cables.
There is an API that can be used for some diagnostics via USB but this appears to be outside its remit.
