Problem with Z height ?

I need help, ive just changed my nozzle to 0.6 and wanted to print PETG on the powder coated sheet. But i'm having alot of trouble with setting it up, can someone help me or with a guide of some sort ? Nozzle 230 c and bed 85 c

Exact same symptoms here.
For me, it printed fine on textured PEI for weeks then started making the stalagmites like you show for the last few days. So I cleaned off the sheet with alcohol (Not Acetone), but no improvement. I've played with Z-Live adjust, but can't see any improvements. Haven't been able to get a successful print since it started 🙁
Did you get any improvement by adjusting the Z-Height? If so, did you need to go closer to or further from the plate?

Have you also changed the printer profile to 0.6mm nozzle as well?
