problems adjusting PINTA

do I have this right 

I had real trouble trying to adjust this thing 

The little red light does go off when its like this

Hard to tell, the picture does not show the nozzle...

Home the z-axis->  

If your nozzle ends up about 0.5-1.5 mm above the bed you got it right.

If nozzle crashes into the bed: PINDA too high ->lower it

If its higher than 1.5mm -> move PINDA up a bit.

As you see: Better start with PINDA too low...

thanks for the suggestion 

now is there a way way to  make the PINTA easier to adjust 

a another forum suggessted slighting enlarging the hole with a file or small screw driver

What I wrote generally applies to the PINDA adjustment. Regardless of the way you fix the Sensor to your extruder...
