Problem with XYZ calibration

Hi,
This is my first 3D printer, the Prusa i3 MK3. firmware 3.5.1-1778

I'm trying to pass the first test. When I try the XYZ calibration, the test begin fine but when arrive to the "searching bed- calibration point 4 of 4" stops and show the message "XYZ calibration failed" Please consult the manual."

I have moved the PINDA in a lot of positions.
I have review the position of the bed.
I have review the belts,pulleys, ...
The nozzle is clean ( is new)
I have upgraded firmware to 3.5.1-1778

It seems well, ....but ... XYZ Calibration doesn't work.

Could somebody help me?

Thks.

Re: Problem with XYZ calibration

Can you upload some photzos of your pinda, heatbed, and printer at all?
If its point 4 out of 9, it seems like wrong Y axis steps, because X axis pass at points 1-3.

Thks Rosparovac,
I include some Photos.
Belt Status is X-275 and Y-280?
Do these values influence the validation of the XYZ Calibration test?
¿Must i tigthen belt X o Y to pass the test?
Thks

Re: Problem with XYZ calibration

At Last, I solved the calibration XYZ problem.

To do this I, maked 2 actions:

a) I moved the pulley of the X-axis motor reducing the gap between the motor and tha base of the pulley (It seemed the belt was tauching slighly the plastic of the "X-end-motor printed part").

b) I tighten the X-Asis belt. With this i changed de value of the belt pression to 275 (before was 285) (Note: More index less pression).
