Problem inserting nylon guide
I have a problem inserting a nylon guide (step 56) into it's slot, I tried for so long that the filament looks like I've been furiously chewing it in the place where I held it with pliers. The guide is really vague about this step, so I have no idea if I should twist it a little bit to left and right, or like a screw in one direction, and if so how much should I twist it and how hard should I push. No matter what I do filament won't slot properly. Allen key goes in the slot without any obstructions.
Any tips? I'm seriously considering just super-gluing it...
RE: Problem inserting nylon guide
Did you 'chase out' the hole with a drill bit or similar object before trying it?
IMAO, the nylon filament is a very important part, as it's a full-length strain-relief on the whole cable bundle. It should be inserted to the bottom of the hole and if necessary fixed in place. I would use an adhesive that's a bit more forgiving that super glue.

@jsw
I did not, I just went ahead, cut nylon and tried to push it in.
I think I got it however, took a good night's sleep to do this. Instead of cutting filaments tip with pliers I used sharp knife and did not make sharp tip but rather cut to the 1/2 of width. Then I had to kinda screw it in, 2 turns clockwise while pushing it in relatively hard. Seems to be holding well, I did not dare to tug it very hard tho.
