Printing issues, bed leveling issues

PLEASE HELP lol....

Ive had my printer kit assembled a few months now and i'm struggling to get successful prints out of it

Basic prints, work fine, however if i try to print anything with supports its all goes wrong,
i also have issues with bed leveling, please see attached image, i have tried to manually adjust the bed level from the bed level calibration tool but with no success

i have the steel sheet bed, i have reset the printer to factory defaults i dont know how many times. i have tried all the cleaning methods IPA, windex,

even the 1st layer calibration is fine, most of the time, (sometimes the rectangle at the bottom peels from the right hand side as its printing)

printer issues

RE: Printing issues, bed leveling issues

Make sure you are using 7x7 Mesh bed levelling (LCD Menu Option in the 'Settings>Mesh Bed Levelling' menu)

Give the Build plate a really good wash with Hot Water and a little dish detergent,  Rinse with Hot Water and dry immediately with clean plain paper towels. then keep your fingers off the build surface...

Don't use any other surface preparation.

Use 'Life Adjust 'Z' My Way'

there are test patches in the first post

try and get the test patch to form a complete single film that doesn't split when removed from the build plate.

@joantabb

thanks for the reply,

ive tried 7x7 and it made no difference, i have tried cleaning the bed with a bit of soap and hot water but it made no difference

ill have a go with the test patch in the morning

any ideas why one side is slightly higher or lower then the other and why bed mesh leveling manually wont work ?
