Print Failing consistently about 1/8th inch up.

Out of the Prusa logo and Benchy print both have failed, like come unattached and moved by the nozzle, about 1/8th inch up. For the logo it was the last layer and for Benchy it was the same height at where the logo failed. Is there a problem with bed adhesion? I used Windex to clean the print surface. It also looks like the PINDA probe is really close to the prints, like, one or two layers heights about the prints. I'm wondering if I adjust the PINDA probe up a bit more and make the z-axis adjustment go below -2.000mm. The Adjustment was at -2.132 or something close to that.

You need to move the pinda up in the mount to make the Z offset less than -0.2, meaning more positive, so aim for something between -0.5 and -1.5.
