Overheated and now I have tried everything but refuses to put down first layer correctly

Purchased an i3 MK3S kit almost 8 months ago. Printed great for several months until I made an enclosure and tried printing ASA. Was having adhesion issues and larger part warping. When the enclosure was first used it worked fine then one day it overheated and created a huge rats-nest of filament. Ever since it has not been able to successfully print the first layer. It overheated to the point where the fan housing's were distorted and the cooling fan failed to spin.

I took apart the entire head and replaced the teflon tube, nozzle, almost all of the hot end parts. However when I calibrate it it seems to always fail on the first layer setup. I have adjusted the z to the point where the pinda sensor was hitting the filament on the bed. I think the whole extruder assembly may be distorted and that moved the hot end up in the Z axis.

Any suggestions? It will not even print now so I can not even print my own plastic parts for the extruder. Getting frustrated as every calibration is run yet it seems like the nozzle is still to far from the bed. The filament ozzes out and nothing is sticking. I can physically see the nozzle is not even close to the bed yet the pinda sensor is almost to close.

An XYZ calibration with a sheet of paper was originally grabbing he paper. I lowered the sensor and that helped. So believe it thinks the Z is correct but still have a sinking feeling the whole assembly shifted in the z axis. Anyone run across such an epic fail?

If pinda is to close, adjust it.

What is your z live adjustment?

Pictures?

To get a good print:

1. Clean bed with dish soap.

2. First layer needs to be 100%

Both settings are for sticking to bed.

You can buy replacement parts (or buy the + upgrade, it comes with all new print head parts I believe).  Another option is check the map to see if anyone is near where you are and you can reach out to them and ask for help printing whatever parts ...  You'll probably want to print them in PC.
