Nozzle hits bed, z axis issues

I finished my build a couple of days ago, it passes the self-test. On the first xyz calibration it could find the points. On the second try it found the first point but caught the paper and but left slight brass marks on the. Now it just fail on xyz... just say failed check axes.
A: loosened motor cover screws, top bracket screws, trapezoidal nut screws, slightly tighten. Test
R: fails
A: moved extruder up and down z using the move z axis
R: moves up and down without getting caught
A: checked all the wiring connection
R: correct.
A looked for over tightened cables
R: none seem to be over tight or crimped.
A: tested pinda probe.
R: probe works, xyz fails.
A: factory reset. Tested
R: xyz cal fails check axis
A: updated firmware to 3.2.1. Tested
R: same
A: tried to adjust pinda height.

R: nozzle hits bed cal fails

The bed doesn’t seem to have a consistent height...
auto home goes to the right spot, but xyz calibration doesn’t seem to find it it’s off to lower left.
During the self test, and xyz calibration. Is the z supposed to run all the way to the top and back down? Mine doesn’t. But it states the z passes
i am at my wits end. Not sure what else to check. The hot end seem to be installed right. Could there be some kinda frame warping.. ?
😐

yes, it should. if you're stuck on the axis length checks then its almost certainly binding somewhere. i'm not 100% sure this is the case but the length checks seem a lot more sensitive to obstruction.

x axis is usually a cable routing issue and z could be overtightened trap nuts.
