Nozzle dragging? - Only on one part of the bed.

Hi guys - I have this model (same gcode) that prints fine on my other 2 MK3S printers but for this particular one - in the right bottom corner of the bed - it seems the z-axis is a tad lower causing what appears to be the nozzle dragging slightly on the layer - see pic as attached file. - It is not a lifting issue / adhesion as the print is attached firmly until cool.

In the pic, you will notice the other parts of the model are nice and smooth and you can see the lines.

Do you know what adjustments I can make to fix this? I am wondering if the bed or assembly is warped or something in this area.

Thanks

Hi guys thanks for the replies - I attempted the following:

  1. unscrewed all bed screws and tightened them in a particular order outlined in a comment on the bed leveling post making sure to tighten the center screw last
  2. re-ran XYZ calibration and first layer print  z-axis calibration
  3. printed the test model- default PLA Prusa filament setting .20
(downloaded the 3x3_cali_rl.3mf as the .stl for some reason did not fit on the bed)
  4. noticed that rear right corner had scaring but no longer scarring in the front
  5. ran Bed Level Correction procedure and added +10 to the rear only
  6. Reprinted test model and no more scarring.

It is hard to tell in the pics - but this upper right rear square had scarring (nozzle drag)

After Bed Level Correction - scarring is gone

RE: Nozzle dragging? - Only on one part of the bed.

your bed is not perfectly flat. The software correction can do so much
1.verify the bed installation,
2.there are some test to check your bed easily.
3.there are some elaborate hacks -
4. but I just added pieces of tape bellow the separators were needed. its quite hard to get it perfect.
hope it helps

Have you enabled 7x7 mesh-bed levelling (LCD menu)?

Cheerio,
