New firmware: first layer calibration is broken?
I am owner of iMK3S for 3 years now and didn't have much issues. I have upgraded my printer to MK3S+ and most recent firmware and now I have a pain with first layer: it does not allow me to set value more than 0, so I can move nozzle away to bed (like -0.1), but I can't move it closer to bad, I can't set value greater than 0 so +0.1 is impossible.

It is possibly slightly counter-intuitive, but negative values move the nozzle closer to the bed. Hope that sorts it for you!

Z is relative to the Pinda height... You changed that with your S+ upgrade...
