New Assembly, Unable to Connect via Pronterface
Hey everyone,
I have a newly assembled MK3s here. Successfully calibrated and flashed firmware, however when I try to connect to the printer via Pronterface, I get the following error.

what computer? Windows 10 pro, or Mac OSx 10.4.x, or linux?
Can you print from the provided SD card with the provided gcode files?

log into your account on one of the prusa store pages and in the bottom right corner you will see the Chat system box click in it enter your Invoice number for you Prusa and start the chat system they do an excellent job and will take good care of you.
