Move Z < 1 mm

I'm trying to check my PINDA sensor level. and have printed off this test tool to compare the PINDA height to the intended height:
https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1977997

The problem I'm running into:
When I try to adjust Z down (Using Settings->Move Axis->Move Z), it moves in steps of whole millimeters.
I need it to move in sub-millimeter steps to get this probe under the sensor: At 3.1 mm off the bed, neither the nozzle nor the PINDA sensor is near the calibration probe. At 2.1mm, they're both crushing into it. I need to get the Z height to something like 2.7mm to see which one touches the calibration probe first.

How do I move the Z axis in smaller steps than a single mm?

Re: Move Z < 1 mm

Settings -> Live adjust Z - then spin knob...

Note, after doing the above, set Live adjust Z back to zero before doing a Calibrate XYZ.

Thanks. This does indeed confirm my PINDA sensor is lower than it ought to be in relation to the nozzle.
