MK3S Parts Settings

So I'm about ready to print the parts for the MK3S. Recommended settings are 0.20mm and Grid infill.

Other than taking longer to print, is there a downside to printing finer? I generally like my results with 0.10mm.

I also like gyroid infill better than grid. Any issues there?

I printed two lots at 0.15, both are working fine. I see no reason why your settings wouldn't be OK. Be sloooow though...

Finer prints will do, don't worry about it.

I split the parts into 3 batches. ~20 hours total time. Don’t know when I’ll get to assembly, I haven’t even ordered the kit yet. So a month at least.
I’ll probably be printing a bunch of “before’ prints.
