I told them it's not a good idea to ship a product without being able to provide support for it. I would still get on the chat feature and confirm they're working on it.

that stinks...seems like they didnt think that part out all the way. they should have the printable parts updated already and then we the community could at least help you out 🙂

I received a response from Prusa this morning. The files are not available for download yet, and parts are not available to purchase. They asked me to send them a picture of the parts, and they would send replacements.
I send them pictures this morning. Hope to receive parts soon.

This morning, Prusa support confirmed they will ship out replacement parts. I don't know how long that will take, but he said it will be soon. I hope so. I want to start printing.
Side note. It looks like the MK3S+ files were released today.
