Thank you very much. I've completed my build, but was considering taking apart extruder/ hotend because I didn't put in the tube. That's a relief.
I didn't put the lines through my original post intentionally.

Okay, good. I wasn’t sure if you’d already found the answer and gone back to edit your post (although the forums give you precious little time to do so).
At any rate, the hotend in the MKS3+ Kit arrives fully assembled from Prusa.
