MK3S+ kit autoloading fail

Turned on the kit build for the first time and went through the pre-flight.  The wizard passed everything and filament loaded via autoload...one time.  Then autoload stopped working as I was heading to run the first layer calibration again.  The filament would unload, so the motor is working.  I turned off the  filament sensor and disabled autoloading.  The printer would load the filament with these settings in place.  For some reason I fired up the wizard again and the autoload worked...one time.   I tried to load again with it, but it just sits there, the feed gears do not turn unless I disable the filament sensor and autoload.  Odd that autoload works in the wizard and not from the menu.  Suggestions?  I didn't check the firmware.  I'll do that tomorrow.

Potentially a filament sensor related issue due to the fs lever not triggering the sensor correctly. This may help: https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/ir-filament-sensor-troubleshooting-mk2-5s-mk3s_112226

Thanks for the pointer.  Lots of things to check there tomorrow.  Hopefully, one of them will fix it.  I'll be back.

Connector was on the wrong row of pins.  It's hard for old eyes to see down in there.  I didn't even notice there were two rows. Works great now. Many thanks.

Great stuff. Glad it was an easy fix.
