Loud continuous beep upon first startup
I just finished assembling the Prusa I3 Mk3s+, and on startup, there's a continuous beep for 3 or so seconds, and a break before it starts again indefinitely. The LCD also will not turn on (no brightness from it at all)

The continuous beep on startup of your Prusa I3 Mk3s+ could be due to a few reasons. One reason could be that the printer is detecting a problem with the temperature sensor. This could be due to a loose connection or a faulty sensor. Another reason could be that the firmware on the printer needs to be updated. You can try updating the firmware to see if that resolves the issue.
