Lifted filament from bed
Last year my job assigned me to operate their 3d printer, the Prusa i3 mks.
Since the beginning of this year all of my models would all fail at the first layer (see attached picture).
I'm making a scaled truck to go with previeous projects so i'm using a lot of supports.
I've triied replacing the 0.4mm nozzle twice, once to a new 0.4mm and at last to 0.2mm, and calibrated the printer 6+ times with live adjusting the z-axis as illustrated in the manual but nothing seems to work.
I'm using a simple gluestick to let the model stick to the bed.
Is there something i'm missing/forgetting?
RE: Lifted filament from bed
From your image, it looks like your Z level is too high, so a new calibration of the Z level makes the first layer smooth and without gaps.
If you print with PLA, do not use any glue stick. Wash the bed clean with detergent and warm water, then wipe the bed with paper and the filament will stick better.
