Layer shift? Bad filament?

This was printed on a MK3 using the stock Grey PLA using the R2 hotend design. This was printed with 100% infill because I wanted it to be heavy.

I was wondering if you guys might have any ideas on how this could happen and what might be some things I can do to try to remedy this from happening again?

I was thinking that maybe it was a defect in the filament because if I try and look inside the crack, something was going on with the way the filament was being placed. Then after reading online, it seems like maybe the motors were overheating (possibly from running all night)? And if this is the case, should I try to reprint this at a slower speed?

Thanks in advance.

Check belt tension, make sure pully is not loose, make sure grub screws on pully not loose. Make sure heatbed is tight and not loose.
