Keep having issues with my mk3s

Hey guys,

I keep not being able to get a correct print on my Prusa mk3 (and this is getting me very sad).

Recently, I've had layers shifts, I cleaned / greased all axis, did a few new prints and was happy

Then today, I decided for a slightly bigger / longer print. And baam catastrophe hit again, just like before.

This is what I had when I stopped the print: https://photos.app.goo.gl/xksLJGzUk13DxnYC8

First layer is good, I'm using prusament neon green, with std (0.2 Quality) prusa slicer parameters

Since my paranoia is running high, I have a full stream / recording:

You can see at when things start being bad (it's at 23:15 : one extrusion did not stick to the previous layer and made this "string")

From there it goes from bad to worse :more strings, and eventually layer shit. I suspect extruder issues, but I did a cold pull (clean), swapped the small pipe, and my gears for extrusion are clean.

At this point, I'm a bit at a loss, I've had way more failed prints than successful, I'm not sure what to do any more.

Any help welcome, I can share the design / gcode but it's pretty irrelevant since I've had issues on ~all my prints, so it looks more like a mechanical issue than pure software.

I suspected non flat bed, but my first layer has good adhesion, so I rules this one out.

Your filament is damp.

Please run a first layer Z calibration and show us the print still on the print sheet.

Your layer shifts suggest that either something is obstructing your print bed or cable bundle or your belt(s) tension is off.

Make your next print:

https://www.prusaprinters.org/prints/46639-tension-meter-for-the-gt2-belts-of-i3-mk3s-or-prus

It MUST be printed in Prusament PETG or the spring tension will be wrong.

The unsupported overhangs in that part may be too steep; please save your project as a .3mf file

Files > Save Project as

Zip the .3mf and post it here. It will contain both your part and your settings for us to diagnose.

Cheerio,
