Hotend causes crash/newbuild

So i had some issues getting the printer up and running, worked wonderfully yesterday. Today I had a filament clog, tried to fix it, but now when I try to print it crashes right away and back to main menu, it's the hottend, not the bed. Tried adjusting temp for both, only crashes on the hottend. Didn't do anything to it other than trying to get the clog out which i didn't of course. What is wrong, its driving my mad...

It depends somewhat on what type of clog you had - but if the filament remained in the hotend for too long it may have baked hard - so a cold-pull would be the first remedy to try.

Log into your Eshop account, navigate to Company, click Contact Us and 24/7 live Chat is one of the options. This is the quickest route to Prusa support.

Mare sure the hotend wires aren't touching. The ones with the red casing go bare just before the go into the metal block that the nozzle screws into.

Please help me out by downloading a model it's free and easy but really helps me out https://www.printables.com/@Hello_474427/models
