Have I just destroyed my two day old Prusa?!

I left a print running overnight (on Stealth mode, printing PLA) and in the morning found this:

The print must have collapsed overnight and got caught up on the nozzle. I have raised the z axis in the photos - the printer was still going but grinding against the print bed (and had actually shifted the print sheet aside). So I'm thinking I've not only ruined the nozzle but possibly the print bed as well - although there is no physical damage to the print bed.

Any suggestions greatly appreciated!

I don't think so. Heat up the nozzle and remove the mess.  Carefully take a wire brush to clean the nozzle.

Preheat to the next material hotter than PLA. The blob will soften so you can gently pull it away with tweezers or pliers. Then you can get a better idea if anything is damaged.

Heating the nozzle didn't work. But I tried a heat gun and eventually got it all cleared up!
