Front of print keeps lifting up

I'm getting decent adhesion on the first print but after a couple of layers the thin front feet (of the "buddy" print) start to lift up. How should I go about fixing this.

seems your bed may not be clean enough and or you need to lower the print head settings

I'm using 70% isopropyl alcohol right now to clean it. Is 70% really not enough? I'll try lowering it a bit more but its getting to the point where the quality of the first layer is starting to match the too low examples of an extruder to close to the print bed.

Yes, 70% IPA isn't going to clean it - it'll move the oil around at best.

Use a HOT bath using Dawn dish soap, dry with a clean cloth, and never touch the heatbed surface.

I use 99% IPA to clean off the bed between washings, and still have to take it to the sink every so often.
