Fixing DELTA PSU - Wrong screws?
I cannot fix the Delta PSU (Model PMZ-24V240WDAL) to the frame with the included M4 screws. The thread in the power supply seems to be a US thread.
Can anyone check that?
Thanks in advance!

The dome head M4 screws that came in my MK3S+ kit fit the side of the PSU as expected.
I chased the threads any place a screw had to thread into the frame or a metal part by running the appropriate screw in and out through every hole before trying to attach anything. This is because left over residue from powder-coating sometimes made it hard to get the screws started when trying to line up with another assembly.
Just a thought. I hadn’t heard of anyone needing to source alternate fasteners for the PSU until now.
Good luck with the build.

Finally found out, screws SHOULD be UNC 6-32 (~10mm in length). So I trying to get these anywhere fast and cheap here inside Germany, because the screws from my reserve are unfortunately way too short.

Thank you for your reply. I have to say, you're right. The 4mm screws needed some power to be driven in. But finally everything is OK now!

Happy to hear you got it sorted.
I should have added that if you really have a hard time getting the screw started, try going at it from the opposite side of the frame.
Good luck with your build.
