First layer line thickness
when I try to print my 1st layer calibration the initial extruder output is fine. When the printer starts to print my extruder output line is skinny and does not look anything like my initial output.

Same! Also, I cant seem to get it to adhere to the bed. I have tried washing with soap and dry then using the alcohol wipe following that. No dice.
Image attached of the square that results.

OK, So I think I fixed my Problem. My Live Z was too high. The photos I showed you were a Live Z of 0.25 ish, I ended up going to 0.8.
There is a model of a Prusa logo on the included SD card When I had got good enough adhesion to avoid a globule forming, I loaded that up and played with the liveZ until a first layer was acceptable. I have just completed a print of that.
The send thing I did was clean the bed well with Isopropyl alcohol on a paper tower.

Soap and water is often better than alcohol for cleaning. The reason is you can use lots of water to rinse of contaminants. Most of us do not have gallons of alcohol to use to rinse with like the Prusa factory. This is true of the smooth PEI and textured PEI sheets. The textured sheets need to be dried at 80c on the printer to ensure all moisture is removed after a wash - and generally only need an initial good scrub - then alcohol works as long as you don't handle the sheet too much and load it up with fingeprints.
