Filament Does not Load Beyond a Certain Point
When trying to load in filament, the gear grabs the filament and pulls it in part way. Eventually, the gear stops rotating and I no longer feel the filament being pulled. After a few moments I am asked whether or not filament is being extruded and in the correct color. When I hit "no" the gear starts moving again, but the filament will not move. This is a new build, so it can't be clogged with old filament. About 3.25 inches of filament gets loaded.
What might cause this? I've tried tightening and loosening the idler screws, and even completely removing them. I am starting to worry that I may need to take the hotend apart. I notice that I cannot see the top of the PTFE tube in the idler window. The PTFE tube that was included was pretty short. Is this a problem?
