Faulty motor connection on EINSY?
I just finished building my kit and but I can't get through the initial startup wizard. One motor (specifically, a Z axis motor) is unresponsive.
I checked the connection, made sure it was tight, and tried again--no go. So I tried swapping the two Z axis motors' connections, plugging each into the spot where the other one had previously been plugged in. After that, the motor that hadn't worked before, started working....but now the OTHER motor didn't work.
I haven't tried using a meter of any kind to see if power is running through the wires. However, since all of the motors are capable of normal function, my understanding is that the source of the problem must be in the EINSY itself.
What do I do now? Do I need to warrantee the entire EINSY, or can I replace the connection, or is there something else I can try?

I would report this to Prusa! Just log in with your Prusa account and select the eshop. After a few seconds the chat window should appear on the lower right corner. If the chat window does not open, disable a possibly activated adblocker or try another browser.

All right, they are sending me a new EINSY. Fingers crossed nothing else goes wrong...
