Failed self test
I'm upgrading from a Mk3 kit that was working great for over a year. I've had the Mk3s upgrade for ages and finally decided to install it. Everything is together but I'm getting a front print fan wiring error. I'm quite sure it's correct. I've checked it several times and plugged and unplugged it several times. Could it be something else? Fuse? I broke the fan itself somehow?

Here is my wiring.

Did you also think of installing MK3S firmware as well?

I didn't mention it, but yes, I upgraded the firmware first. It all looked like it went fine. I can try again to be safe.
RE: Failed self test
I've double checked my firmware. I did have 3.9.2-3524 installed and I re-installed it with no change to my error messages during calibration.

@squidley
To be on the safe side, I would first perform a factory reset and then reflash the firmware.
By the way: I'm currently working with fw 3.8.1. When I flashed 3.9.2, I got the same error message. There are no hardware errors so far, so I'm back to 3.8.1.

I tried flashing 3.8.1. No change.
I currently own a $1000 Prusa branded boat anchor. It's frustrating.
RE: Failed self test
Can you spin the fan by hand? Maybe you over tightened it and now it is stuck.
And check if you haven't pinched a cable when mounting the x-carriage-back.
