Failed Calibration Cube Fail

Hey everyone, I am trying to figure out what is causing my MK3 to crash. At first I though the issue was in the y axis cable, but after tightening the cables it is still printing a calibrating cube like so. So now I am thinking it might be a temperature problem and my filament is coming out too fast.

Any thoughts?

Check to see if the pulleys are not revolving around the motor shaft. It is necessary to secure the X and Y motors in their motor mounts, align the pulley on the motor shaft with the pulley at the other end, and allow the pulley to move freely. One of the grub screws must be tightened against the flat portion of the motor shaft, and both must be tight. The major factor behind layer shifting on a staircase is typically a loose pulley.

What Diem said. That cube looks strange. Save, zip and post your slicer-project, so we can see your settings.
