Factory installed printer was perfect but now getting a squiggle line when it first goes across.

I have a factory built machine that was printing perfectly but now a few days into things it prints a squiggle line when it first goes across and then doesn't adhere well when starting the print.  I have run all of the calibration tools and I am getting the same results.  I am not sure what has happened but something has changed.  I am running the filament that came with it so I don't think that is the problem.  I have also cleaned the nozzle but nothing seems to help.  Any suggestions?

This was my lastest first layer calibration.  I haven't made any changes but I did move the printer but carried it by the top bar.  Could that have offset something?

Yes, you appear to need a Z-height adjustment. Based on what I can see in the picture, it's higher than it should be and not "squishing" down correctly.

This is the official method: https://help.prusa3d.com/article/live-adjust-z_112427

This is the method I prefer to use: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/
