error in the selftest: left fan

I could not calibrate my MK3S printer because in the selftest it indicates that the left fan is not activated, that I must change the location of the cables.

I have reviewed the location of the cables of the two fans with the manual and they are fine. But only the central fan works. The left side fan works for two seconds but then stops working. What should I do!!

thanks, I continued with the revision and I realized that the two fans worked on the printing, I think that's good 🙂

I am in the same case, nozzle blower problem, self test plant, the card does not detect the fan information, and yet it turns.
