Dragging, uneven 1st layer print

Hello, I calibrated my printer so many times and the quality of the test calibration test is very good!

Still I face several issues:

1. The upper part of platter for some reason always has transparent look and is very thin.

2. Dragging effect happens

3 Sometimes because of that the first layer has some unfinished edges.

Thank you for reading, I look forward to your expertise.

Looks like too small z-height (nozzle too far away from the bed) to me.

What kind of material do you use? Which sheet? Post a pic of the rectangle at the end of first layer calibration still on the bed, please.

If at first you don't succeed, skydiving is not for you.
Find out why this is pinned in the general section!

Is this a new machine?  Prebuilt or kit?  Re-run your XYZ calibration, if that's OK then run the first layer 'Z' calibration and show us the result *on the print sheet.*

Cheerio,
