Curvature in the printed parts

Hi!

Always when I print a piece ( I usually print large and thin pieces 120 mm x 55 mm and 1mm thin ) once time finished and extraction of many different ways ( I've test hundred ways ), the piece its curved along all of his large. It's ABS.

I check the bed and all appears right.

I attached a picture.

Thanks!

Do some research on the web and in these forums. Plenty of chatter about ways to keep ABS from warping. Most use enclosures to keep the entire part warm during printing, and allow the entire part to cool uniformly.

Re: Curvature in the printed parts

I'm sorry ... I think I have not explained well ... it's not warping. I have nowarping problems. I searched the web and I can not find an answer to my problem. My printer is in a enclosure ... and for more information, a friend with an Ender3 prints my files without these problems.

The printed pieces do not have problems in the bed once the session ends ... without warping, without problems ... but when you extract the piece, it is curved ...

You can see in the attached image that deformation problems were not detected

Re: Curvature in the printed parts

By definition, when a part is printed flat, but isn't flat when done, that is warping. Warping is caused by differential stresses within the part.

Have you tried annealing the part in an oven? An anneal can reduce those differential stresses.
