Clogged extruder, again and again
Hi,
I've had heaps of problems with cloggs in my extruder. MK3 assembled with MMU2 using Prusament PLA Galaxy black.
I've managed to clear clogs previously with cold pulls. When cleared, it prints fantastic.
This time, I've tried cold pulling many times, and now my cold pull looks like the image below. The accupuncture needle method inserts but I can feel resistance. I can push filament through manually, but there is very high friction. I.e. lotsa push and a tiny thin squirt out the end!
I'm getting really frustrated! The cold pull looks super weird, almost like the filament is melted in the heat break. Noctura fan is running, and is pointing the right way.
I'm getting close to ordering a whole new hot end as I'm getting near my whit's end.
