Circular/ cylinder walls not printing smoothly
Hi all,
I've been struggling with printing cylindrical and circular shapes. After the printer completes printing the base and starts printing the walls it prints wider circular layers that the base and an unwanted lip forms. Does anyone know what might be causing this problem? My print settings are PLA, 0.2mm, speed and 20% infill.
Here you can see that the model has no lip at the bottom. The wall all around is supposed to be smooth. 
Print that I canceled because of the print quality error. The wall is supposed to be even rather than the lip as shown.

This is a known problem. There is a very comprehensive thread about it with the misspelling 'buldge' - usefully it makes it easy to find with search.
