Can't get frame square on first assembly
No matter how I try, I get a wobble in the frame of .012 to .014 inches. If the bolts are loose, it sits flat. But even initial tightening causes the same opposite corners to lift. I'm using the milled cast iron bed of my Powermatic table saw as a test surface. It seems to me it must be a modest twist in the central plate. How big of a problem is this?
Nevermind...
I found the comments in the online instruction book, and it turns out this is a really common problem with a few solutions listed. Onward and upward.
Is it actually the frames fault?
My work surface was warped... so I tried a different work surface... then the frame was fine! Lol
