Can I manually move the print bed / e-axis after printing?
First time using a 3D printer (MK3S+ kit) and I just got mine turned on and am working on the first layer calibration.
While I'm testing prints and I stop it early, the e-axis (print head?) stays low and over the plate. I've discovered the "hold knob for 2 seconds" to quickly move the Z-axis, but can I just grab print bed (y-axis?) and move it closer to me so I can more easily remove my print?
Or does that screw all the calibrations up that I've previously done?

Yes, you can move bed forward/backward by hand -just do it slowly. If moving too fast, stepper motor will generate electricity which goes back to mainboard (visible on display flickering) and can potentially damage it.

As adviced, you can move manually. If not possible, choose from printer menu command to switch off the motors. Another choice is from printer Menu - Settings use direct commands to move all axis. Very usefull.
