Calibration ok but impossible to print Prusa logo
Hello
My calibration was a succès but is impossible to print a pris logo from the SD
My my. MK3S want to unload and reload the filament and try to print and come back to the right and ask again to unload, reload
Re: Calibration ok but impossible to print Prusa logo
Hello:
2 things.
1 ensure you downloaded the correct firmware, the Mk3s is different than the Mk3 and it has been reported that issue appears when the incorrect software is flashed.
2 if you are sure it is the correct firmware, you can turn off the filament sensor in the settings menu. if that fixes it, then you should clean the filament sensor and make sure it is installed correctly. there is a knowledge base article on it. https://help.prusa3d.com/article/43mduc4zdn-filament-change-prompted-at-the-beginning-of-the-print
Hope that helps
