Bummed LCD screen white blocks
Received my printer yesterday around 2 pm stayed up till 2 am at this was the time I was ready to power up ran though set wizard no trouble rather easy .time to print pick the boat ran hour and 49 min later wow not bad for frist print , shut off power and took a short nap .one hour later power on lcd acting weird but claimed down started a print and said nope white blocks on LCD , trouble shot all I could for four hours finally giving up gave support a try they had me trying a few more things I didnt but no luck , they had me email a video and picks , now I wait

Update it's the 9th now and just keep being told frimware wrong

do a factory reset and select clear data.
contact prusa online chat system 24/7 support
log into your account on one of the prusa store pages and in the bottom right corner you will see the Chat system box click in it enter your Invoice number for you Prusa and start the chat system they do an excellent job and will take good care of you.
prusa support do not monitor the forums this is user to user help by and large

They sent me a replacment board all seems to be working ,thank you Martin!

Did they send you a replacement LCD display or the motherboard…? I’m having the same issue and after troubleshooting they’ll send a new LCD, but i need to check if it’ll work (the machine) connected to a laptop, bypassing the monitor, because I’m not sure it will…

On the back of the lcd there is contrast adjuster that you turn Wich can fix this if you caRnt find it take a picture of back of the lcd

I appreciate it, but I spent quite some time with the support troubleshooting, and they’ll send a new display. I was wondering if the OP in this post (who had my same issue) changed the display or the motherboard, because I fear the issue is the motherboard, not just the display.

I know but on lcd the contrast can go out to make it just show white blocks adjusting can make the blocks go sometimes if you have to remove lcd any might be worth a go
