Bed Level Test Failure
tl:dr: Large gaps in first layers, and what looks like x shift.
Have a freshly built MK3S, and successfully printed a few of the included prints from the SD card in the kit. However, trying to print MakerBot's T Rex from Thingiverse ( https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:275091 ) I was getting poor adhesion on the first layer and prints would peel. I played with Live Z axis have gotten uniform prints out of calibration. After testing with 'Buddy' from the test SD files, I got very gradual X shift so slightly adjusted x belt tension (was at 230, increased to 260 and I know I've read not to work off these numbers)
Ran Prusa's Bed Level Correction print ( https://help.prusa3d.com/en/article/bed-level-correction_2267 ) However the results were the worst yet.
- Significant gaps in some blocks.
- What looks like x axis misalignment
- The initial outlines were misaligned (two passes per outline shape, second pass didn't always overlap the first)

Your images are not appearing, so difficult to assist.
At a guess, it sounds like you may be having first layer issues, enable 7x7 5 point mesh bed levelling.
Then run through Jeffs life adjust Z - my way – Assembly and first prints troubleshooting – Prusa3D Forum (prusaprinters.org)
Make sure the first layer is a solid sheet of filament before proceeding to print, look at Joan's' images on PG 40 for an illustration of what to look for,
