3x3 first layer print issues

Hi everybody,
After 6 months of owning a prusa mk3s+ and after a few months without printing - I just printed this 3x3 model to see if my first layer is ok. Before that I did a lot of calibrating especially of the z-axis and also a 7x7 mesh bed leveling.
This is printed with PLA at the standard 215/60 degrees with 0.2mm.

Here is the result. Even though there is not a major impact if I print bigger models I would like to improve the result of the first layer.
Any ideas how to get a better result?
Thanks!

RE: Z-offset is too low

Z-offset is too low. You might get better results by doing your first layer calibration this way: https://forum.prusa3d.com/forum/original-prusa-i3-mk3s-mk3-assembly-and-first-prints-troubleshooting/life-adjust-z-my-way/

Also check for debris between the sheet and the magnetic bed.

Thanks @sylviatrilling

did that... this is the result - so now it looks better, the ones on the left side are ok but on the middle and right top side I am probably too high. How can I only adjust the Z-offset in the middle and the right top side downwards leaving the rest as it is?

Your Z is still too low IMO

RE: 3x3 first layer print issues

I disagree, from the latest picture posted they have gaps on the right side and middle.  So its correct on the left and too high as it moves over to the right.  That bed must be way off level if the mesh leveling cant compensate.  I would adjust it again using either the normal screws or do the nyloc mod to get it flatter.  Then do a full re-calibrate process.  That will get it physically more consistent.

You could also use the software adjustments built into the printers lcd.  Called Bed level correct.  They allow you to enter specific offsets for several positions.  Never needed to use it myself but its there in the firmware.

I always prefer the hardware route first.  If the hardware is correct then you don't need software tricks.

Ok, will do the nylic mod and check all calibrations as well as the pinda (of it was installed correctly).
I’ll post the results…

Thanks
