Problema al iniciar impresion , tengo un problema cuando quiero iniciar una impresion , la cabeza de impresion hace bien el conteo de los 9 puntos y al irse al iniciar la impresion va he baja hasta la cama y despues se levanta y se va al lado derecho de la impresora se queda pitando y dice que pulse el dial para descargar el filamento , y tengo que apagarla o reiniciarla para dejarla bien como al inicio , alguien me puede ayudar por favor , muchas gracias

Hi Alejndro,
try turning the filament sensor off and try again...
is your printer mk3S or mk3S+
there is a spacer on Thingiverse which may help with your filament sensor

I can't print now as the printer is not working for me until that error is fixed, but thanks for the file

Have you tried turning the filament sensor off. to stop it trying to change filament erroneously?
this should enable you to print the part!

Hi Joan,
I am going to comment that I have the Prusa MK3 S+ kit, I was going crazy looking for a solution and reading the manual to see what could have gone wrong and look for the error.Your solution worked for me, by deactivating the filament sensor. Is this a printer error?

Hi Edward,
I have not tried the Mk3S+ extruder, so I have no direct experience,
On the Mk3S, there was an issue where the filament sensor was over sensitive, and putting a thin spacer underneath the mounting screw hole in the filament Sensor PCB, improved t he response immensely
other possible causes are
filament particles stopping the ball bearing moving freely,
the filament sensor lever pivot screw being a little too tight,
the Filament censor PCB fixing screw being a little loose,
loose connectors,
faulty sensor wire
I fitted a 5 volt LED to mine to give immediate status indication
and the MMU2s version
