Filament not extruding on Mk3s
I am using firmware version 3.12.2 on Prusa Mk3s.
I was trying to load PLA filament but it won't let the filament pass through as the extruding stepper motor seems to get stuck. so I loosen the idler door but, it didn't help. Tried increasing the temperature if there might be a clog in the extruder tip only to realize it didn't work. Attaching a video for your reference. Please help me resolve this.
