Einsey Board Dead - How to tell

Hello, I need some assistance here. Looks like my Einsey Board is fried and I'm trying to confirm that its fried and what I have to check on the printer before I fry and second one.

Everything was working 2 days ago, then I moved the printer.

1)  Did the Z step tuning

2)  Then the Printer started throwing up "Z-Level" Enforcing

       - Checked Z-step ok/ Ran z Calibration/ Ran through the Calibration

3)  Then it started throwing up "Thermal Anomaly" when the Printer was pre-heating the nozzle (huh)

4)   Ok started to do a "Wizard Level" Calibration, and it failed as Bed/Therm.. Not Connected

5)    Then i plugged the Power/Panic lean back into the Power Supply, and heard a "zit", and the Display went blank.

6)    I've ran a  volt meter on the Bed Thermocouple and Heater Leads and get resistance, so looks like they are ok

          Checked the fuses -- The are ok.

7)   I have 24v on both the power leads from the Power Supply.

I presently have the Einsey Board out and disconnected.
