Help needed with x axis assembly that has been modified
The linear bearing keeps sliding out of the end idler and carriage and I was just wondering if it was because of this aftermarket tensioner(at least that's what I'm assuming it is) and if I should replace the x-axis parts with the originals or if there is another way to fix this and keep the bearings in place.

Remove both bearings, heat the plastic with a hot air gun and press it together slightly.
After cooling, slide back both bearings.
You will have to apply some pressure.
If all went well, the bearings will now stay in place.
