Y-Axis Not Working

I just upgraded to the MK2 and tried to auto home and the x-axis worked but when it got to the y-axis part the y-axis would not move. So I tried to move the y-axis through settings and it was not moving smoothly. It was very bumpy and would only go a couple centimeters. I have double checked the wiring and that isn't the problem I don't think.
Here are the links to the videos of trying to auto home and move the y-axis.

Re: Y-Axis Not Working

Hi,

Is the bed moving freely by hand (power off) ?
If not try to remove the belt and find if the resistance is from the motor or the bed assembly.

You can also try to move Y axis like in your second video but without the belt.
if the motor is not working even without the belt, its an electronic problem, else it's more likely mechanical.

Re: Y-Axis Not Working

Turns out I just had a faulty y-axis motor.
