X-axis belt shredding and rubbing on left motor mount
My x-axis belt is shredding as it rides along and makes contact with the left motor mount. I've checked that everything I can think of is squared and level. I can't see any way that the belt will sit on the pulley and not make contact with the left motor mount forward-wall.

The pulley on your X-axis motor shaft is on incorrectly. The larger section with the grub screw should be on the outside.

I'm an idiot. Thank you so much. I must have read the assembly manual 50 times through and I didn't notice that. Thank you!

Put some washers between the motor and the holder 😉
